Knight in Shiny Armor …. with Love Handles
Did you know that there is a National Institute on Aging? Doing research “to understand the nature of aging”. If you have been reading this site, you already know that the nature of aging is to suck. While normal aging is variable, here are some of the things to look forward to:
- Less efficient heart
- Breathing capacity down by 40%

So what am I becoming? Less and less of a hero. More average dude than superman. Needing to have my armor modified to make space for love handles. But hey, I am now wiser, with gray hair to prove it.
